ALOGIC DisplayPort to DVI-D Dual-Link Adapter - Male to FemaleThe DisplayPort + USB to DVI Dual-Link converter seamlessly connects next generation DisplayPort enabled Ultrabooks/Laptops/Desktops with a DisplayPort output to displays with DVI input. Simply connect the DisplayPort (male) end of the connector to your computer and plug your existing DVI Dual Link cable from the display into the DVI (female) adapter. Now plug in the USB connector to your computer's USB port. Setup is complete, there is no software to install
The adapter offers an active conversion powered by a USB port with a maximum out of resolution up to 2560 X 1600(WQXGA) and all HDTV resolutions including 1080p.The adapter can be used to mirror or extend the content when used in a multiple monitor setup.
